The End of Leadership, or Future?

What is the future of leadership? And, what is the future of the individual leader? Does the current leadership thinking fit the changing context of crowd sourcing, the rise of self-steering, continuous transformation and innovation?

The Future Leadership Initiative (TFLI) in Antwerp is a pioneer in the study of the future of leadership. Founders Koen Marichal and Jesse Segers argue that a shift is underway towards more shared leadership – away from the individual to more responsibility sharing in teams and organisations that leverages the full potential of people and promotes the desirable agility.

During the October 15 Circle meeting, we unravelled the idea of shared leadership, challenged assumptions and inspired with a future-oriented and pragmatic view on leadership. As usual, we began with the Circle marketplace to network and exchange priorities with peers.

Please register before 18 September. If there’s an HRD colleague within your organisation or network who you’d like to bring along, please feel free to register him or her as well.
