Systemic Intelligence- Raising Impact in Leadership and HR

Join us on 16 April 2026 to explore why the systemic perspective is becoming increasingly popular and how it raises the impact in leadership and HR.

Today, we increasingly hear the word systemic in conversations about leadership, organizational development and HR.

Indeed, when we look at organizations, they rarely struggle because of a lack of strategy, talent or ambition. They struggle because patterns repeat, dynamics get stuck, and interventions don’t land as intended.

What leaders are facing, therefore, is not clear-cut. It is systemic . That is why taking the systemic perspective is rapidly emerging as a new way of looking and as a powerful way to raise the impact of both leaders and HR.

Yet despite its growing relevance, many different interpretations of “systemic” are circulating, and the concept remains widely misunderstood. So, it is time to unravel what it is really about and see how leaders and HR can benefit from it.

In the upcoming Circle, on 16 April 2026, we welcome globally renowned leadership expert Paul Zonneveld, specializing in systemic intelligence and leadership in complexity. Currently also contributing to our senior leadership programs.

In addition, Willem-Bart Overhand (Global Head Leadership, Talent & Learning at Robeco) and Sandra van Blitterswijk (Interim HR Manager for leading corporates) will share experiences in adopting a systemic perspective.

Together we will explore:

  • What systemic intelligence really entails
  • The key systemic principles that help read what is happening beneath the surface of organizations
  • Systemic intelligence in leadership practice:
  • The implications and opportunity for HR and L&D

Expect sharp insights, concrete examples, and dialogue with peers.

Participation: Free of charge. Spots are limited. You are welcome to invite a senior HRD or L&D colleague from your organization or network.

We look forward to welcoming you to this Circle.
